Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in Makati City is seeking a Vice President for Sales to lead and manage all sales operations, forecast demand, set quotas, design incentive programs, and build strong customer and principal relationships.

The role requires extensive leadership experience in the food service and hospitality industry, a solid background in project management, and strong analytical and communication skills. Willingness to travel internationally and domestically is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s in Business is an advantage.
• Extensive experience in Sales Leadership.
• Extensive experience in the Food Service & Hospitality Industry.
• Excellent knowledge and experience in Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of sales strategies, methods, and employee motivation.
• Knowledge of kitchen and laundry equipment for QSRs, Hotels, Casinos, and Resorts.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willing to travel internationally and domestically as required.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage effective sales processes and standards.
• Oversee sales forecasting, quotas, and incentive programs.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and processes.
• Manage key customer relationships and strategic opportunities.
• Lead and motivate the sales operations team.
• Review profitability of sales quotations and project proposals.
• Manage departmental Profit & Loss, Inventory, and Accounts Receivable.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
