Job summary

MRI Software is seeking a Verification Specialist to support our US-based background screening operation from the Manila area. You will process regulated employment and multifamily screening orders, perform searches across federal and third-party databases, and handle document workflows.

The role emphasizes accuracy, data privacy, and escalating complexity as you gain proficiency. As experience grows, you will interpret results, assist with compliance tasks, and contribute to client onboarding

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a BPO, LPO, records research, compliance back-office, or similarly structured analytical environment.
• Strong written English communication for clear documentation and internal updates.
• Ability to manage a high-volume personal work queue with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process applicant screening orders across case management and screening platforms.
• Execute regulated searches (e.g., OIG/FIL, OFAC, eviction, background checks).
• Verify licenses, conduct reference checks, and review Photo IDs.
• Process consumer disputes per FCRA timelines and standards.
• Support compliance vetting, onboarding, and quarterly reports.
