Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable U.S. laws and regulations related to background screening and verification.

• Review background verification reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

• Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with legal and compliance requirements.

• Identify potential compliance risks and escalates concerns to the appropriate stakeholders.

• Support internal audits, quality assurance initiatives, and compliance reviews.

• Monitor updates to U.S. laws, regulations, and industry best practices that may impact background screening processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational compliance and process improvements.

• Handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• Previous experience in compliance, background screening, risk management, quality assurance, or a related field is an advantage.

• Knowledge of U.S. laws and regulations related to employment screening or compliance is preferred.
