Job summary

Mitratech is seeking a Data Processing Specialist to handle pre-employment background screening data. You will review, input, and analyze data to generate compliant background screening reports in line with FCRA standards.

The role emphasizes processing information from multiple sources, confidentiality of personal data, and timely handling of documents and results. Remote/hybrid work arrangements may be available by region.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong data handling and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with good time management.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in data processing.

Responsibilities

• Process information from vendors and other sources.
• Handle personal identification information confidentially.
• Process incoming faxes, mail, and emails with international docs and consent forms.
• Review and process results such as criminal record checks and credit inquiries from data services.
• Transfer physical records into the proprietary system.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
