MRI Software is seeking a Verification Specialist for its US-based background screening operation. You will process regulated employment and multifamily orders, execute searches, manage documents, and support dispute and compliance functions.

You will work during US Eastern business hours, with a path to grow through accurate work and sound judgment. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and learning in a team that values compliance and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a BPO, LPO, records research, compliance back-office, or similarly structured analytical environment.
• Strong written English—documentation and internal communication must be clear and precise.
• Ability to manage a high-volume personal work queue with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Processing and search execution across case management and screening platforms.
• Conduct property ownership and company research; verify licenses and professional references.
• Interpret results and support compliance, onboarding, and regulatory reporting.
