Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Approval and Verification Specialist to join our on-site team in Eastwood, Quezon City. The role focuses on reviewing providers' profiles, verifying documents, and guiding them through the sign-up process on the Mable platform.

You will communicate via calls, email, live chat, and SMS to assist providers, identify trends, and ensure compliance with policies while achieving daily KPIs in a dynamic BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements: College level.
• At least 6 months of continuous BPO work experience.
• Proficient in English; strong oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Review support providers' profiles and verify documents for compliance with policies.
• Communicate with providers via outbound calls, email, live chat, and SMS to assist sign-up and registration.
• Identify trends in enquiries or issues faced by providers seeking approval to operate on the platform.
• Meet KPIs and daily tasks while maintaining high quality.
• Ensure thorough and accurate record-keeping in Salesforce.
• Undertake other duties as required and adhere to company policies.
