Qualifications

• College level education.
• At least 6 months of continuous BPO work experience.
• Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong multitasking and multi-channel support ability.
• Detail-oriented with accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Review providers' profiles and verify documents per Mable policies.
• Communicate via outbound calls, email, live chat, and SMS to assist sign-up and registration.
