Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Approval and Verification Specialist to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City. You will review provider profiles, verify documents, and ensure compliance with policies while communicating via calls, email, chat and SMS to aid sign-ups.

You will identify trends, meet KPIs, and maintain accurate Salesforce records, contributing to a collaborative, growth-focused team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: College level
• At least 6 months of continuous BPO work experience
• Proficient in English
• Good level of communication skills both oral and written
• Competent in the use of MS products/ Google and call centre tools

Responsibilities

• Review support providers' profiles, verify documents and check for compliance with policies
• Communicate with providers via outbound calls, email, live chat and SMS for sign-up assistance
• Identify trends in enquiries or issues faced by providers seeking approval to operate
• Meet and exceed KPIs and daily tasks with high quality
• Maintain thorough and accurate records in Salesforce
