Job summary

EXL is seeking a Recruitment Sourcing Lead - Vendor Channel POC to manage and optimize partnerships with third-party recruitment vendors, ensuring alignment with hiring targets, quality standards, and cost efficiency across the organization.

This role acts as the bridge between Talent Acquisition and external vendors, driving a scalable, compliant, and high-performing vendor ecosystem to support hiring delivery and strategic workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Experience managing third-party recruitment vendors and agencies.
• Ability to monitor and drive vendor performance using measurable KPIs.
• Strong collaboration with Talent Acquisition and Procurement to optimize sourcing outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Establish, manage, and strengthen relationships with third-party recruitment vendors, agencies, and sourcing partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all vendor-related engagements within Talent Acquisition.
• Drive collaboration between internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless candidate delivery.
• Identify and onboard new vendors based on hiring demand or capacity gaps.
• Ensure vendors meet agreed hiring targets in terms of volume, quality, and turnaround time.
• Monitor vendor performance through KPIs such as submission-to-hire ratio, time-to-submit, and quality of hire.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans where needed.
• Align vendor sourcing strategies with business workforce plans and hiring priorities.
• Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments in partnership with Procurement and Legal.
• Ensure all vendor engagements are compliant with contractual, financial, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage rate cards, cost structures, and ensure cost optimization across vendors.
• Maintain proper documentation and governance of all vendor agreements.
