• Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with external sourcing vendors and third-party agencies; act as the primary contact for all vendor communications and escalations; conduct regular business reviews to ensure alignment with hiring priorities and targets.
• Sourcing Channel Management & Applicant Generation: Manage vendor channels to drive consistent applicant volume and quality pipelines; set and monitor applicant footfall targets per vendor aligned with hiring demand; collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure vendor-sourced candidates meet role requirements; optimize sourcing strategies across vendors to improve conversion from application to hire.
