Job summary

VA Platinum in Cebu City is seeking a Sourcing Lead to oversee a three-person team, manage vendor partnerships and sourcing budgets, and partner with Recruitment and Marketing to strengthen our employer brand. You will use data analytics to optimise channels, reduce time-to-fill, and drive high-quality pipelines across all business lines.

The role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring extensive experience in sourcing, vendor management, and cost optimisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/BA or related field.
• 10+ years in sourcing and recruitment including 2+ years in leadership.
• Experience with sourcing tools, ATS and recruitment tech.
• Vendor management, budget tracking, cost optimisation.
• Experience maintaining performance reports and cost-per-hire trackers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on and strategic sourcing experience.
• Familiarity with AU finance talent market is a plus.
• Amenable to onsite work in Cebu City office.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of three sourcing specialists to deliver high-quality pipelines.
• Set performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee data analytics, reporting, and cost-per-hire trackers.
• Oversee vendors, subscriptions, and recruitment tools to maximise ROI.
• Manage sourcing budgets and negotiate partnerships.
• Build partnerships with schools and organisations to boost pipelines.
• Collaborate with Marketing for employer branding campaigns.
