Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics invites applications for a Process Assistant – Vendor Query Handling in the Philippines. The role supports financial operations through ticket and email-based vendor inquiries, statement reconciliations, and remittance issue resolution.

Graduate of Finance or related field with at least 6 months in freight/logistics support and strong English communication will fit well.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in related field, having background/exposure in freight and logistic support, customer support, is an advantage.
• Strong English communication and time management.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily tasks as assigned by process leads.
• Ensure timely processing and validation of Cherwell tickets.
• Update trackers and monitoring sheets accordingly.
• Perform processes in accordance with specified requirements.
• Ensure compliance with legal provisions in the area of operation.
• Update, collect, sort and archive documents generated during operation.
• Perform any other official orders related to the tasks and objective position.
