Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics in the Philippines is seeking an Operational Finance Assistant focusing on Accounts Payable. You will handle daily invoice processing in SAP or Cargowise, ensure timely validation and reconciliation of vendor statements, and maintain trackers.

This role requires a Finance degree, at least 6 months of related experience, and strong English communication, with emphasis on accuracy, ownership, and teamwork within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Finance or related field
• Minimum 6 months experience in related field, preferably in freight/logistics
• Proficient in SAP and Cargowise

Responsibilities

• Process daily invoices and validate at cost level
• Reconcile vendor statements with subledger details
• Update and maintain trackers and reports
• Ensure process compliance with company and legal requirements
• Coordinate with other units and archiving documents
• Raise queries clearly and communicate in English
