Job summary

Responsibilities

• Respond to vendor queries via tickets, emails, or calls.
• Ensure timely processing and validation of Cherwell tickets.
• Update trackers and monitoring sheets as required.
• Perform processes according to specified requirements.
• Comply with legal provisions relevant to the operation area.
• Organize, collect, sort and archive documents generated during operation.
• Follow official orders related to assigned tasks.
