You will engage with operations teams, monitor performance, facilitate audits, and support WFM systems and processes, ensuring smooth vendor relations and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• 2-3 years in vendor management, workforce management, operations, logistics, procurement, or related function.
• Knowledge of Workforce Management (WFM) systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in vendor performance tracking and reporting.
• Strong documentation, audit, and compliance management skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engagement sessions with Operations teams to discuss issues and opportunities raised by both parties.
• Perform daily monitoring of vendor performance and provide timely feedback or call-outs to vendors.
• Facilitate or participate in Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) and audits across logistics sites.
• Collaborate with departments to investigate operational and security concerns involving outsourced personnel.
• Conduct Workforce Management (WFM) training sessions for vendors.
• Monitor disciplinary actions (DA) for workers with violations.
• Manage vendor headcount reallocations based on operational requirements.
• Monitor SO Certificates and Safety Pass requirements with HSSE Team.
• Manage the WFM database and grant system access to Vendor Points of Contact (PIC).
• Support rate card administration and billing processes.
