Job summary

Yello X Supply Chain Solutions in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Vendor Management Coordinator to support its vendor network and onboarding processes. You will coordinate documentation, compliance, performance monitoring, and reporting, working across Operations, Finance, Legal, and Sales teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in vendor management or logistics, strong negotiation and Excel skills, and willingness to travel for field validation when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, logistics, or supply chain.
• Proven experience in sourcing, contracting, and managing subcontracted trucking providers.
• Knowledge of transportation operations, warehousing, multimodal logistics.
• Experience in vendor accreditation, compliance, performance monitoring, and SLA management.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Willing to travel and conduct field work when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in vendor sourcing, accreditation, onboarding, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate vendor records, contracts, permits, and compliance documents.
• Monitor vendor performance, KPIs, SLAs, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare vendor scorecards, reports, and monitoring trackers.
• Coordinate vendor concerns, corrective actions, and performance reviews.
• Support rate, capacity, and cost monitoring initiatives.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Legal, Asset Management, Sales, and Technology teams.
• Assist in using vendor management systems, GPS, telematics, and reporting tools.
• Conduct vendor coordination and field validation activities when required.
