Job summary

Yello X is seeking a Vendor Management Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of the logistics vendor network, including onboarding, documentation, compliance, and performance monitoring.

You will coordinate with Operations, Finance, Legal, and Technology teams; maintain vendor records; prepare scorecards; and assist in field validation activities as needed. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years in vendor management or logistics, with strong negotiation and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years in vendor management, procurement, transportation, logistics, or supply chain.
• Proven experience sourcing, contracting, and managing subcontracted trucking providers.
• Knowledge of transportation operations, warehousing, cold chain, RORO, or multimodal logistics.
• Experience in vendor accreditation, compliance, performance monitoring, and SLA management.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and reporting tools.
• Willing to travel and conduct field work when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in vendor sourcing, accreditation, onboarding, and documentation
• Maintain accurate vendor records, contracts, permits, and compliance documents
• Monitor vendor performance, KPIs, SLAs, and compliance requirements
• Prepare vendor scorecards, reports, and monitoring trackers
• Coordinate vendor concerns, corrective actions, and performance reviews
• Support rate, capacity, and cost monitoring initiatives
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Legal, Asset Management, Sales, and Technology teams
• Assist in using vendor management systems, GPS, telematics, and reporting tools
• Conduct vendor coordination and field validation activities when required
