Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with key 3PL providers; ensure SLA/KPI adherence.
Monitor performance metrics; analyze data and drive improvements with vendors.
Collaborate with finance to manage logistics budgets and identify cost savings.
Negotiate and draft contracts with 3PL partners; ensure regulatory compliance.
Participate in strategic planning for supply chain optimization and risk management.
Mentor and develop the vendor management team; align with company goals.
