Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in freight/logistics support or customer support.
• Experience with SAP considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily tasks as assigned by process leads and ensure timely processing of Cherwell tickets.
• Update trackers and monitoring sheets as required.
• Perform processes per specified requirements.
• Comply with relevant legal provisions in operations.
• Update, collect, sort and archive documents generated during operation.
• Perform other orders related to tasks as needed.
