Job summary

Grab is seeking a Vendor Manager for Grab Support PH in Manila. You will oversee vendor partnerships, drive performance against SLAs, and ensure cost-effective contracts to support operations.

With 10+ years in vendor management, you will foster strong relationships, review OKRs, and lead projects from IH to BPO migrations while coordinating with cross-functional teams. This role emphasizes governance, risk control, and strategic collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in vendor management or a similar role.
• Experience negotiating and managing contracts with multiple suppliers.
• Ability to analyze performance data and hold vendors accountable.
• Experience in BPO or contact center environments is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the escalation point for BPO Partners / Outsourcers providing contact center services for Grab Support in the Philippines.
• Review daily/weekly vendor performance against OKRs with Service Delivery Head to close gaps.
• Manage contracts, pricing and budgets to ensure value and compliance with SLAs.
• Verify invoice accuracy and reconcile with Workforce, Operations and Finance.
• Identify opportunities for vendor-driven process improvements and cost optimization.
• Plan and govern new projects/ migrations between IH and BPO vendors.
• Contribute to Vendor Network Strategy and collaborate with partner vendors.
• Lead governance for BCP, rapid response, and ticket management for Grab Support.

Get to Know the Role

As the Vendor Manager, you will manage the management of our vendor partnerships in the country. You will ensure vendors meet and exceed performance expectations, foster strong relationships, and drive strategic collaboration to support our business objectives.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Be the point of escalation for BPO Partners / Outsourcers providing contact center and intake services for Grab Support in the Philippines. external vendors and internal vendor operations teams
• Review daily, weekly BPO Partners performance against OKRs , both primary and secondary and works with Service Delivery Vertical Head to solve performance gaps . Conduct regular performance reviews and audits to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
• Manage compliance to vendor contracts, pricing, and budgets.
• Ensures the accuracy of all invoices and reconciles it with Workforce, Operations , Data & Insights and Service Excellence.
• Identify opportunities for vendor-driven process improvements and cost optimization.
• Manages/ Plans and governs any new projects/ initiatives and volume migration from IH to BPO and vice versa.
• Co-shapes and provides inputs to the Vendor Network Strategy.
• Collaborate with vendor partners.
• Leads the overall BCP, rapid response, ticket management governance of Grab Support (both IH and BPO)

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• 10 years of progressive experience in vendor management, supplier relationship management, or a similar role.
• Able to negotiate and manage contracts with different suppliers.
• Ability to analyze performance data and hold vendors accountable.
• Experience in a BPO or contact center environment is a strong plus.
