Job summary

Accenture is hiring a Procurement Operations Analyst to support supplier onboarding and vendor management activities in the Philippines. You will process supplier registrations in Zip and Oracle Fusion, validate documentation, and ensure data quality before system synchronization.

The role requires at least 2 years in procurement, strong attention to detail, and effective cross-functional communication. Night shift included.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of procurement experience.
• Supplier administration/vendor management experience preferred.
• Willing to work night shift in Quezon City area.
• Open to using any procurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end vendor onboarding in Zip & Oracle per SOPs and SLAs.
• Validate supplier documentation for completeness and policy compliance.
• Review vendor request details and escalate discrepancies.
• Maintain supplier master data and accurate vendor profiles.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to obtain missing info.
• Conduct vendor validation including sanctions screening and compliance checks.
• Ensure data quality before Oracle Fusion synchronization.
• Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround targets while following SOPs.
