The Vendor Management team oversees the end-to-end management of third-party technology
and service providers supporting the Product Organization. This includes sourcing, selection, contracting, and ongoing performance management of vendors and principals to ensure high-
quality, cost-efficient, and strategically aligned partnerships.
The team serves as the central coordination point for all external product partners, ensuring
consistent standards for engagement, onboarding, and evaluation while supporting revenue
generation, partner enablement, and long-term ecosystem development.
