Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics is seeking a Finance Verification Specialist in the Philippines to ensure correct and timely recording and verification of invoices, and to implement processes according to migration schedules while optimizing existing procedures and supporting e-invoicing.

You will monitor SLA-driven objectives, collaborate with cross-functional teams including ISSC Manila, and perform quality checks and root-cause analyses to prevent operational impacts.

Qualifications

• Min. 6 months of work experience within Finance department.
• Knowledge of SAP at a good level.
• Ability to write and raise queries in a clear and comprehensive message.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• English language proficiency (level 2/low intermediate).

Responsibilities

• Correct and timely recording and verification of invoices; implement processes per migration schedule and timelines.
• Monitor timely implementation of objectives by agreed SLA.
• Registration and verification as assigned; support process migration.
• Monitor compliance with legal provisions; optimize invoicing processes and e-invoicing.
• Cooperate with other organizational units in Poland and abroad; perform quality checks and root-cause analyses.
