Qualifications

• Finance-related higher education or ongoing studies.
• Experience in finance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Implement processes per migration schedule and timelines.
• Monitor timely objectives via SLA.
• Register and verify tasks as assigned by the team lead.
• Ensure processes meet specified requirements.
• Monitor compliance with local law in operations.
• Promote invoice optimization and labeling.
• Coordinate with other units in Poland and abroad.
• Update, collect, sort and archive operation documents.
• Perform quality checks on samples as per plan.
• Contribute to root-cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Carry out other official orders related to duties.
