Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify potential vendor partners for AI data collection across markets. You will research organizations, build a vendor pipeline, and conduct initial outreach to generate qualified opportunities for the Vendor Management team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in lead generation, business development, recruitment sourcing, or vendor sourcing.
• Experience identifying and engaging external organizations or stakeholders.
• Experience online research and qualification activities.
• Experience managing databases, pipelines, or CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential vendors capable of supporting data collection operations.
• Research market, universities, staffing firms, and partners across regions.
• Build and maintain a vendor pipeline; track outreach activities.
• Qualify vendors against onboarding criteria; escalate to Vendor Manager.
• Initiate contact via email, phone, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.
• Maintain records in CRM and generate pipeline reports.
• Collaborate with Vendor Managers, Delivery Managers, and teams.
