Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an organized, proactive Virtual Marketing Assistant to support a U.S.-based real estate business. The role covers social media posting, website management, email marketing, and lead generation, with tasks including turning video content into blog posts, updating properties, and maintaining the company’s digital presence.

The ideal candidate has experience across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and YouTube, along with basic SEO and CRM

Qualifications

Experience as Virtual Marketing Assistant or similar role.
Experience posting and managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and YouTube.
Experience managing and updating websites.
Ability to convert existing information or video material into blog posts.
Experience uploading and formatting blog posts.
Experience with email marketing/newsletter platforms.
Experience with lead generation and online prospect research.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management & Posting: manage materials across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and YouTube; schedule posts and maintain branding consistency.
Blog & Website Management: turn video content into blog posts; format and upload to the company site; update pages and events.
Monthly Email Marketing: prepare and distribute a monthly newsletter; maintain distribution lists and track engagement.
Lead Generation & Prospecting: research buyers, sellers, investors and partners; build targeted lists and track activity.
Digital Presence: maintain LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and YouTube; post professional real estate content and grow connections.
