Job summary

AMCS Group in the Philippines invites a skilled hardware quality and continuous improvement specialist to join our global team. You will assess installation and service activities, review processes, and drive improvements that reduce repeats and elevate standards across hardware and verification activities.

You will train teams, provide audit feedback, maintain clear records, and travel as required to conduct audits and competency assessments.

Qualifications

• Strong practical background in hardware, electronics, vehicle technology or a related technical discipline.
• Demonstrable experience of technical installation, service, support or quality activities.
• Strong problem-solving and fault-finding capability.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to objectively assess work against defined standards.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to deliver technical training and provide constructive audit feedback.
• Ability to produce clear audit records, findings and corrective actions.
• Willingness to travel as required to perform audits and competency assessments.

Responsibilities

• Review technical processes and identify opportunities to improve quality and reduce repeat issues.
• Promote consistent standards and good working practices across internal and external resources.
• Support the development and improvement of procedures, checklists and training documentation.
