AMCS Group is seeking a dedicated QA professional to strengthen hardware quality and continuous improvement across installations and service activities.

You will review processes, drive standardization, and collaborate with hardware, service, installation and quality teams while traveling as required to audits and competency assessments. Qualifications

• Proven hardware, electronics or vehicle technology background.
• Experience with technical installation, service, support or quality activities.
• Strong problem-solving and fault-finding capability.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to assess work against standards.
• Strong communication skills for delivering technical training and audit feedback.
• Ability to produce clear audit records, findings and corrective actions.
• Willingness to travel for audits and competency assessments.
• Desirable: experience conducting audits or training.
• Desirable: background in vehicle-mounted weighing systems or telematics.
• Desirable: experience with field-service teams or subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Use hardware knowledge to assess installation and service quality.
• Review processes to identify quality improvements and reduce repeats.
• Collaborate with Hardware, Service, Installation, Quality teams to resolve issues.
• Promote standards and good working practices across resources.
• Support development and improvement of procedures, checklists and training docs.
