Job summary

Microchip Technology Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance professional in the Philippines to maintain the Quality Management System and drive continuous improvement across products and processes.

You will resolve customer and internal quality concerns, manage non-conforming materials, support audits, and analyze quality performance to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and has QA/ manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience in quality assurance or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), quality tools, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Familiarity with CAPA, failure analysis, and root cause investigation.
• Understanding of customer complaint handling, non-conformance management, and audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
• Drive timely resolution of customer complaints and quality concerns.
• Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to resolve internal quality issues and RMAs.
• Review, disposition, and ensure proper containment of non-conforming materials and products.
• Monitor supplier corrective actions and verify their effectiveness.
• Maintain and update quality procedures, work instructions, and related documentation.
• Analyze quality performance data and prepare quality reports.
• Review failure analysis results and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Support customer, supplier, and internal audits.
• Lead quality and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process performance.
