LausGroup in Pangasinan is seeking a sales-focused professional to help maintain customer retention and drive profitability by meeting sales standards aligned with LausGroup’s mission and vision.

The role involves attaining monthly targets, following up with leads, attending to walk-in clients, updating logs, and presenting tailored sales proposals. A Senior High School graduate with strong communication and customer relations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have proven ability to meet monthly sales targets.
• Experience in customer-facing sales and lead management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a dealership environment and handle walk-in clients.

Responsibilities

• Attains the monthly sales target, including Vehicle Sales Target, Insurance Closing Ratio, Financing Closing Ratio, and Sales Prospects or Leads Generated.
• Participates in various sales activities to acquire new prospects and leads.
• Conducts regular calls to existing clients and other potential buyers for follow-ups and updates.
• Updates and monitors the status of existing leads in the prospects monitoring system.
• Promptly attends to walk-in clients. Ensures that all customers inside the dealership are well attended to and responded to promptly.
• Updates the walk-in log sheet daily.
• Prepares and explains sales proposals to the clients.
