Job summary

LausGroup in the Philippines is seeking a results-oriented sales professional to support customer retention and drive profitability by meeting sales standards aligned with the LausGroup mission and vision.

You will attain monthly sales targets across vehicle sales, insurance, and financing, engage new prospects, conduct follow-ups on existing leads, and promptly assist walk-in clients at the dealership. Strong communication and relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least senior high school education.
• Ability to meet monthly sales targets and targets related to vehicle sales, insurance, financing.
• Experience in handling walk-in customers and leads is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attains monthly sales targets including vehicle, insurance, and financing closing ratios.
• Engages with new prospects and leads through sales activities.
• Performs regular follow-ups with existing clients via calls.
• Monitors status of leads in the prospect monitoring system.
• Assists walk-in clients and attends to dealership customers promptly.
• Updates the walk-in log sheet daily.
• Prepares and explains sales proposals to clients.
