The role focuses on achieving monthly sales targets across vehicle sales, insurance, financing, and lead generation, while engaging with walk-in clients and following up with existing customers to maximize conversions.

Responsibilities

• Attains the monthly sales target, including Vehicle Sales Target, Insurance Closing Ratio, Financing Closing Ratio, and Sales Prospects or Leads Generated.
• Participates in various sales activities to acquire new prospects and leads.
• Conducts regular calls to existing clients and other potential buyers for follow-ups and updates.
• Updates and monitors the status of existing leads in the prospects monitoring system.
• Promptly attends to walk-in clients. Ensures that all customers inside the dealership are well attended to and responded to promptly.
• Updates the walk-in log sheet daily.
• Prepares and explains sales proposals to the clients.
