Job summary

Taskhero in Metro Manila is seeking a Fleet & Dispatch Operations Coordinator to keep drivers, trucks, and daily operations running smoothly. You will be hands-on, organized, and ready to respond quickly to disruptions.

Responsibilities include managing driver schedules, coordinating repairs, booking loads via the load board, supporting drivers with breakdowns or traffic issues, monitoring safety and performance, and producing daily reports and scorecards while communicating with drivers and

Are you organized, proactive, and great at solving problems under pressure? We're looking for a Fleet & Dispatch Operations Coordinator to join our team and help keep drivers, trucks, and daily operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Manage driver schedules, call-outs, replacements, and route changes

• Monitor fleet, tractors, Relay, Netradyne, and HOS compliance

• Coordinate truck repairs and maintenance updates

• Find and book loads through the load board

• Assist drivers with breakdowns, traffic, HOS, accidents, and other road issues
