Job summary

Taskhero in Metro Manila is seeking a Fleet & Dispatch Operations Coordinator to keep drivers, trucks, and daily operations running smoothly. You will be hands-on, organized, and ready to respond quickly to disruptions.

Responsibilities include managing driver schedules, coordinating repairs, booking loads via the load board, supporting drivers with breakdowns or traffic issues, monitoring safety and performance, and producing daily reports and scorecards while communicating with drivers and

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Capable of fast-paced decision making.
• Reliable with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in dispatch or fleet operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage driver schedules, call-outs, replacements, and route changes.
• Monitor fleet, tractors, Relay, Netradyne, and HOS compliance.
• Coordinate truck repairs and maintenance updates.
• Find and book loads through the load board.
• Assist drivers with breakdowns, traffic, HOS, accidents, and other road issues.
• Monitor safety and driver performance.
• Maintain schedules, reports, scorecards, and daily operational updates.
• Proactively identify problems and resolve them before they impact operations.
• Communicate with drivers, dispatch, maintenance facilities, and management.
