Job summary

Stefanini Group in Alabang is hiring a UX Researcher II to support IT GFS Enterprise Service Management. The role balances UX research with communications tasks, focusing on interviews, usability testing, and knowledge sharing across teams.

You will create training materials and communications to drive adoption of ESM products, collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring clear, actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in UX research or related fields.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent facilitation, writing and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
• Able to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with IT services or ServiceNow is helpful but not required.
• Shift flexibility and schedule adherence required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user interviews and usability tests using prepared scripts and templates.
• Organize research sessions and document user feedback.
• Summarize key findings and improvement opportunities.
• Create newsletters, SharePoint content and product communications.
• Develop training materials, presentations and quick guides.
• Support adoption activities for ESM products and services.
