Job summary

Stefanini North America and APAC is seeking a role-focused UX/Communication specialist to support IT GFS Enterprise Service Management. The role blends UX research and communications, roughly 50/50, adapting to priorities.

Responsibilities include conducting user interviews and usability tests, organizing research sessions, documenting findings, creating newsletters and SharePoint content, and developing training materials to boost product adoption across ESM services.

Qualifications

• Experience in UX research, communications, marketing or a similar field.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Good facilitation, writing and presentation skills.
• Confident use of Microsoft 365, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
• Structured, reliable and comfortable working with different stakeholders.
• Experience with IT services or ServiceNow is helpful but not required.
• Shift flexibility and schedule adherence are required for this position.
