Job summary

Bask Health is hiring a Product Researcher to uncover meaningful problems and turn evidence into better product decisions. You will work with Product, Design, Engineering, and other teams to understand users across telehealth workflows and translate findings into opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Product Research, UX Research, or a similar role.
• Ability to gather evidence and influence product decisions.
• Experience with qualitative methods including interviews, usability testing, contextual inquiry.
• Experience with surveys, analytics, experiments, or behavioral data.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to identify meaningful patterns.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Design to identify high-value questions before solutions are defined.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research across customers, operators, providers, and patients.
• Build ongoing relationships with users so research informs product development over time.
• Combine interviews, usability tests, surveys, analytics, and feedback to understand user behavior.
• Identify unmet needs and opportunities to influence Bask's product strategy and roadmap.
• Turn research findings into actionable insights and prioritization decisions.
• Challenge assumptions and discern underlying problems from user requests.
• Design lightweight, efficient research approaches suitable for uncertainty.
• Work with designers through concept to production, ensuring usability across stages.
• Evaluate shipped experiences to determine if changes improved outcomes.
• Explore AI-assisted research workflows while safeguarding quality, privacy, and bias.
