Job summary

Bask Health is seeking a skilled UX Copywriter to shape clear, human product experiences inside our telehealth platform. You’ll craft navigation, forms, on-boarding, and AI-driven interactions, working closely with Design, Product, and Engineering to align language with user needs.

You’ll own terminology, naming, and content guidelines across patient, provider, and business surfaces while advocating for clarity, consistency, and trust in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, Product Writer, or similar role.
• Portfolio showing contribution to solving product and UX problems.
• Strong command of English with clear, precise language.
• Understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and user flows.
• Experience writing across complete product experiences, not just screens.
• Ability to grasp complex systems and communicate them clearly.
• Judgment on hierarchy and what users need to know now.

Responsibilities

• Write clear product copy across onboarding, navigation, forms, settings, dashboards, and notifications.
• Shape patient-facing experiences including account creation, intake flows, checkout, and subscriptions.
• Develop terminology, naming systems, and content guidelines for consistency.
• Collaborate with Product Designers, Engineers, and Researchers to align language with product goals.
• Identify when copy alone won't solve a problem and inform design decisions.
• Create scalable content patterns for common product scenarios and errors.
• Iterate on language using research, data, and user feedback.
