Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Design Researcher to support and validate the Platform 11 team’s UX vision, design system, and best practices through deep behavioral insights from customers and users.

You will design and run mixed-method research, synthesize findings into actionable guidance for concept to post-launch, and collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to scale user-centered processes across the bank.
