Job summary

Perform the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of fuel, water and hygiene equipment and systems, in support of the Marine Corps Prepositioning Program – Philippines (MCPP-PHIL). The MCPP-PHIL Engineering Utilities Mechanic will report directly to the MCPP-PHIL Engineering Maintenance Supervisor.

The role requires an Associate degree or coursework toward a BS in mechanical engineering, four years of related maintenance and logistics experience, U.S.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or coursework toward a BS in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Four years of progressive experience with maintenance and logistic support involving hygiene systems maintenance.
• U.S. Citizen; U.S. Stateside Driver’s License; U.S. Passport; FBI background check; ability to obtain Philippines work permit.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance for MCPP-PHIL and organic equipment.
• Perform maintenance actions following the contract SOW and Marine Corps policy.
• Repair, adjust, service, and store fuel, water, and hygiene systems.
