Job summary

MCPP Philippines: Engineer Heavy Equipment Mechanic Belong, Connect, Grow, with KBR! supports the Marine Corps Prepositioning Program in the Philippines.

The HE Mechanic installs, operates, maintains, and repairs heavy equipment, reporting to the Engineering Maintenance Supervisor with initial training in Jacksonville, FL and CRC training in Subic Bay, Philippines. Role emphasizes maintenance actions per SOW, readiness, parts management, and compliance with safety and policy.

Qualifications

• Four years of progressive experience with specialized knowledge of maintenance and logistic support activities involving HE systems maintenance.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and capable of obtaining a U.S. Passport.
• Ability to obtain required work visa and Alien Employment Permit for the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance actions following the contract SOW and Marine Corps policies.
• Repair, adjust, service, and store HE equipment and systems.
• Maintain readiness, organize maintenance shop, manage assets, and provide guidance on HE systems maintenance.
• Review invoices and requisitions to plan work activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and government procedures.
