Job summary

KBR, Inc. seeks an Engineering Maintenance Supervisor for the Marine Corps Prepositioning Program – Philippines (MCPP-PHIL). The role supervises mechanics, coordinates engineering maintenance, and ensures readiness of critical equipment. Initial onboarding occurs in Jacksonville, FL, with subsequent placement in Subic Bay, Philippines.

The candidate will manage maintenance programs, oversee staff, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance in a complex government contracting environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with mechanical emphasis; BS coursework can substitute.
• Ten years’ progressive maintenance and logistics experience, including 5+ years supervisory.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain DoD clearance and work visa.
• MOS 1169/1349 or similar military maintenance background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance for MCPP-PHIL equipment.
• Develop maintenance programs aligned with contract SOW and Marine Corps procedures.
• Oversee mechanics in repairing, servicing, and storing equipment and vehicles.
• Ensure equipment readiness, maintain shop organization, and control maintenance assets.
• Review invoices and requisitions to plan work activities.
• Ensure staff training on maintenance functions is up to date.
• Maintain inventory of repair parts and replenish stocks.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulations, and procedures.
