Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a USRN Training Program Manager to lead utilization review training for the Hartford Account. The role requires clinical or medical background and supervisory experience, with a focus on knowledge transfer and program development while working remotely under a shifting schedule.

You will coordinate onboarding, validation steps, HR interviews, and onboarding milestones, ensuring compliance with USRN/MD licensure requirements in the Philippines or US, and

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent clinical/hospital or similar experience.
• At least 2 years of Utilization Management experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Graduate of accredited Registered Nursing Program or a Doctor of Medicine with current, unrestricted license as RN or MD in the Philippines and/or US, with experience in Utilization Review, Utilization Management, Coding, Back office, Organizational Development, and other CPO related processes.
• Experience in knowledge transfer using Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness; teaching credentials or certification a plus.
• Strong clinical background in orthopedics, emergency room, intensive care, neurology, occupational medicine, or rehabilitation.
• With at least 1 year of trainer experience in a CPO/BPO environment.
• Management or supervisory skills and Microsoft environment skills.
