Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking an experienced USRN Team Leader to manage a non-voice Utilization Management team for U.S. accounts in a temporary WFH setup.

The role requires leadership for on-site rotations at available Philippine sites including Cebu, with a strong focus on process quality and timely deliverables. Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Utilization Management experience in a BPO/CPO or healthcare operations setting.
• At least 1 year of people-management/team-lead/supervisor experience.
• Active USRN license from any mainland U.S. state.
• Strong understanding of Utilization Management processes and healthcare operations.
• Good communication, analytical, coaching, and team-management skills.
• Comfortable working in a shifting schedule.
• Willing to work under a temporary WFH setup.
• Willing to work from BGC Taguig, Cebu, Davao, or Clark, Pampanga.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team handling Utilization Management processes.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, quality, and adherence to process requirements.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance support to team members.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of non-voice healthcare-related tasks.
• Support the team in resolving process-related issues and escalations.
• Ensure compliance with client and healthcare process requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address operational concerns.
• Prepare and monitor team performance reports and operational metrics.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
• Maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and customer/client requirements.
