Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a USRN Training Program Manager to lead the development and delivery of utilization review/management training for our Philippines operations, including clinical oversight and staff development. The role requires a strong nursing or medical background and demonstrated mentoring capability.

Temporary work-from-home arrangement with shifting schedules and potential collaboration across BGC Taguig, Cebu, Davao, Clark, and Pampanga locations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent clinical/hospital or similar experience.
• At least 2 years of Utilization Management experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Graduate of accredited Registered Nursing Program or Doctor of Medicine with current, unrestricted RN/MD license in PH and/or US, with experience in Utilization Review/Management, Coding, Back office, and related processes.
• Experience in knowledge transfer using Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness; teaching credentials a plus.
• Strong clinical background in orthopedics, ER, ICU, neurology, occupational medicine, or rehabilitation.
• At least 1 year of trainer experience in a CPO/BPO environment.
• Management or supervisory skills and Microsoft environment skills.
