Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a USRN Training Program Manager to lead utilization management initiatives and training programs. This remote role supports the Hartford Account with a WFH setup and shifting schedule, targeting candidates with RN/MD credentials and strong supervisory experience.

The role emphasizes knowledge transfer, clinical expertise across various specialties, and trainer experience in a BPO/CPO environment. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent clinical/hospital or similar experience.
• At least 2 years of Utilization Management experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Graduate of accredited RN program or MD with current, unrestricted license as RN or MD in PH and/or US.
• Experience in knowledge transfer using Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness; teaching credentials a plus.
• Strong clinical background in ortho, ER, ICU, neuro, occupational medicine or rehab.
• At least 1 year of trainer experience in a CPO/BPO environment.
• Management or supervisory skills and MS Office proficiency.
