Qualifications

• Must be an active US Registered Nurse (USRN) with a valid license from any US state.
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a clinical, hospital, or similar healthcare setting.
• Experience in clinical training, knowledge transfer, or learning facilitation is preferred.
• Strong clinical background in emergency care, intensive care, neurology, occupational medicine, or rehabilitation is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness Model, teaching methodologies, or training certifications is advantageous.
• Strong ability to write accurate clinical summaries and reports.
• Knowledge of evidence-based clinical guidelines and procedures.
• Excellent clinical judgment, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and oversee clinical training programs to strengthen employees' clinical knowledge, skills, and performance.
• Apply knowledge transfer techniques using Kirkpatrick's model or relevant training certifications.
• Conduct training sessions and clinical discussions to support professional development and continuous learning.
• Ensure training materials align with healthcare standards, evidence-based guidelines, and organizational requirements.
• Evaluate clinical competencies and provide constructive feedback to improve training outcomes.
• Support clinical decision-making by promoting accurate assessments and appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with teams to identify learning gaps and recommend training improvements.
• Maintain updated knowledge of clinical standards, patient care practices, and healthcare regulations.
