Gratitude Philippines is seeking a USRN Training Supervisor to join our team in the Philippines. The role supports the El Paso Account with temporary work-from-home arrangements and a flexible schedule requiring potential weekend, night, and holiday coverage.

Start date ASAP and a salary budget of PHP 73,000 to 80,000 per month are provided. Ideal candidates will hold an active USRN license, have 1–2 years of trainer experience in BPO/CPO, and possess strong clinical expertise in relevant

Competenze

• Active USRN license (any state).
• Experience in knowledge transfer using Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness; teaching credentials or certification a plus.
• 1-2 years trainer experience in BPO/CPO.
• Experience managing or leading a team.
• Strong clinical background in orthopedics/ER/ICU/neurology/occupational medicine or rehabilitation.
