We are seeking an experienced USRN Trainer to lead and deliver clinical training programs for healthcare professionals supporting U.S. healthcare accounts. This role is responsible for ensuring clinical competency, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness through effective training delivery, curriculum development, coaching, and performance evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct New Hire Training (NHT) for USRN programs including Utilization Management (UM), Case Management (CM), Clinical Appeals, Triage, and Claims Review.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid learning sessions.
• Ensure trainees meet clinical competency, documentation quality, and compliance standards.
• Develop and update training materials, assessments, case studies, simulations, and reference guides.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and cross-functional teams to ensure training effectiveness.
• Conduct assessments, certifications, and practical evaluations.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and developmental support to trainees.
• Support nesting, shadowing, and transition-to-production activities.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
• Prepare training performance reports and stakeholder updates.
• Identify skill gaps and facilitate refresher and upskilling programs.
• Participate in audits, calibrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Required
