Job summary

Capacita Human Resource Management Consultancy is seeking a USRN Team Leader to manage a USRN group focused on Utilization Management. The role is remote with a fully Philippines-wide applicant pool and a PHP 60,000 package.

You will lead and coach a team, ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain smooth operations. Start ASAP and support a shifting schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Active USRN license – any U.S. state.
• 2–3 years of BPO/CPO Utilization Management experience.
• Strong understanding of Utilization Management / clinical review processes.
• People management or team leadership experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a non-voice environment.
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Available to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of USRN professionals handling Utilization Management-related processes.
• Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and performance support to team members.
• Monitor team performance and help ensure productivity, quality, and compliance with account standards.
• Assist in addressing operational concerns and escalations.
• Promote consistent application of clinical and Utilization Management guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support smooth account operations.
• Help identify performance gaps and recommend appropriate action plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to established processes and procedures.
